These offerings represent the most advanced form of distance-based medical simulation training. Training is offered at all hospital and prehospital proficiency levels. Courses are based on the applicable state, national and/or international regulatory standards of care.

A) Worldwide Simulation Service
This standard MedSMART service provides medical telepresence access to MedSMART simulator and training staff facilities. The offering includes setup, configuration, and preconnectivity site survey.

B) Custom Multipoint
MedSMART offers fee-based consulting and development services for custom design of distance-enabled multipoint (geographically dispersed) HPS-based training programs. Fees are billed at an hourly rate, covering site survey and program development by our specialists. If MedSMART is contracted to teach the custom-designed course, standard rates for distance-enabled instruction will apply in addition to development charges.

C) Remote Control
This option allows the remote instructor to use the MedSMART infrastructure to offer a course to remote students.

D) Mass Casualty, Warfare and Disaster Trauma, and NBC Operations
Remote and on-site training in relevant aspects of mass casualty triage in warfare injuries (including special operations medicine), "just-in-time" training, and preparation for medical operations in NBC environments.
