MedSMART Inc., is a not-for-profit brain trust devoted to worldwide dissemination and use of advanced simulation and modeling in medical education, training and science.  

The mission of MedSMART is to develop new concepts in medical training and education that integrate advanced simulation, visualization, and worldwide internetworking technologies. The goal of MedSMART operations is to provide medical education and training to the worldwide community of health care providers whose access to the most sophisticated medical training assets is either limited or nonexistent. Those who are physically or geographically distant from educational centers, or those without the financial resources to acquire advanced technologies, will significantly benefit from MedSMART services.

The innovative fusion of proprietary and open technologies combines medical simulation and the Internet into a fully interactive environment. The projection of medical training excellence to the most remote regions of the globe is now possible. For the first time in the history of medicine, neither cost nor distance will prevent doctors, nurses, and paramedics all over the world from gaining access to the highest level of professional education and training that, to date, has only been available to the privileged few.
