These activities are recommended for medium to large institutions (hospitals, large industrial corporations, or medical insurance companies, for example) wishing to determine the level of medical readiness of personnel and of the standard of quality of medical operations. The goal of these programs is to improve the efficiency of both components.

A) Specialty Code Drills
This service includes the Onsite HPS package and adds a clinical mentor to accompany the technician in order to facilitate the clinical exercise. Standard codes are drilled to test the responsiveness and reaction of teams and to provide additional practice to ensure continuous organizational quality improvement.

B) Disaster Training Session
This service includes the Onsite HPS package and adds a clinical mentor to accompany the technician to facilitate functionality during the execution of exercises. The disaster training exercises include a set of scenarios that can be performed by the clinical teams operating full protective gear, including chemical and biological protection suits. The purpose of this exercise is to allow the clinical teams to experience the adverse environment imposed by the protective gear and simultaneously challenge their clinical skills. This type of training enhances effectiveness and familiarity with the protective gear and standard procedures during operations in life-threatening environments of chemical spills, highly infectious diseases, or chemical/biological warfare alerts.

C) Skills Assessment and Feedback Course
This service is designed for individuals or organizations who want to reinforce their clinical skills, practice for institutional reviews, or generally receive feedback on performance skills as an individual or team. This is an unstructured format that is dynamically tailored to the needs of the participants. This is also an excellent course for medical teams who have not worked together before yet need to prepare for future real work scenarios.

D) Custom Curriculum Development
MedSMART offers a consulting or fee-based service to custom analyze the top medical errors that occur in an organization's environment and custom design scenarios and training programs to reduce them. Rates cover a site survey and the development of the customer-specific training program.
